The 90 Day Challenge: Ninety days.
One mountain.
A guided, Christ-centred climb out of porn and lust. Six stages, a few minutes a day, and tools for the moment temptation hits.

- What it is
- The 90 Day Challenge is The Narrow’s structured path to freedom from porn, combining Scripture, CBT and accountability into one daily rhythm.
- Who it’s for
- Christians who are ready to stop, whether it’s a daily battle or an occasional struggle, and want more than willpower.
Why 90 days
Long enough to rewire
Habits live in the brain’s reward pathways, and they don’t change in a weekend. Ninety days gives new patterns time to take hold, while the old ones fade from lack of use.
Your brain rewiring chart shows that progress every evening, so you can see the climb as well as feel it.
“Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”Romans 12:2

The climb
Six stages to the summit
Each stage has its own prayer and its own focus, so you always know what today is for.

Days 1–14
Base Camp
Help me build my foundation.
Set up your blocker, your rules and routines, and the daily rhythm you’ll climb with.

Days 15–30
First Ascent
Help me fight.
The early days are the steepest. You learn what to do in the moment an urge hits.

Days 31–40
The Traverse
Help me understand.
Look underneath the habit: your triggers, your patterns, and what you’re really reaching for.

Days 41–70
The Climb
Help me build.
Replace what porn took with prayer, friendship, rest and purpose.

Days 71–84
The Ridge
Help me live for God and others.
Turn outward. Freedom grows when it’s shared with the people around you.

Days 85–90
The Summit
Help me prepare for the road ahead.
Plan for the long road, so day 91 is a beginning, not an ending.
How it works
What a day looks like

Morning
A short lesson
Scripture and a practical CBT step for the stage you’re on.

Through the day
Protection on
The blocker filters what you see, and the Urge Button is one tap away when temptation hits.

Evening
A two-minute check-in
Log how the day went, keep your streak, and see your brain rewiring progress.
FAQs
About the challenge
How long does each day take?
A few minutes. There’s a short lesson to read, and a check-in in the evening. The blocker and urge tools run in the background.
What if I slip up during the challenge?
Keep climbing. A fall is something to learn from, not a reason to quit. Your check-in helps you see what led to it, and the next day’s lesson is waiting.
Do I have to do it alone?
No. You can join an accountability circle, so a few others see your check-ins and can encourage you.
What happens after day 90?
You keep everything you’ve built. The lessons, check-ins and tools carry on, so you can stay on the narrow path for life.
Is it only for people who think they’re addicted?
No. It’s for anyone who wants porn and lust out of their life, whether it’s a daily battle or an occasional struggle.
